When things go wrong
When things go wrong — as they sometimes do — how do you handle it?
It is easy to be upset and to re-act negatively.
The feeling of upset could be at the situation or the people involved.
The negative re-action could be an outburst of anger expressed in unkind words or distructive actions.
Either way it tends to hurt most those who are closest to us.
Then we compound the problem with a feeling of guilt about how we re-acted.
The spiral keeps going down.
But what if?

What if we could stop and push a pause button!
What if we could respond from a state of calm.
When something happens,
- stop and push the Pause button,
- mentally step back,
- take a look and wonder what is the gift in this?
Wallace Wattles in his book “The Science of Getting Rich” says,
“And because all things have contributed
to your advancement,
you should include all things
in your gratitude.”
When things go wrong and they will — do you re-act (often negatively) or do you push the Pause button and take time to respond in a more positive manner.
Just something to think about,
