ReachMail Review
I have some thoughts to share with you as I review an auto responder called ReachMail.
This auto responder is Free For Life!
I have to say right up front that I am rather impressed.
As already mentioned, it is Free. There is also a fee schedule as you develop a sizable list. Many other autoresponders only offer Free for a few days. This is Free for Life!
The benefit of this also being a paid for service, in addition to being a Free service, is that the quality is built into all levels, unlike other services that do not cater to a more advanced/professional user.
This makes very good sense to me.
It is CAN-SPAM compliant
This is something that is missing from other free auto responders that I have checked out.
As for ease of use,
there is a moderate level of skill required.
However, after a short learning curve — just like any other software — it becomes easy to use. There are also support tickets if you encounter difficulties.
The few times I had to submit a support ticket, the help was provided in a short period of time.
List Management
If you want, you can setup multiple lists and multiple groups of lists.
You are free to design your list with the information that you want to gather. Obviously email will be a must. Beyond that, anything else is your choice and you can customize as you need to from there.
You can also import a pre-existing list, or you could start building a new list using the built in form creator.
The form creator generates a code that you can copy and paste into the lead generating service that you use or you could use the stand alone form that is created.
The service has been very reliable.
In my own testing, the emails have gone out on time as scheduled.
There are a number of templates that you can choose from to guide in the layout/formating of the content of your mailing.
Overall, ReachMail is a good, reliable, auto responder service. It does everything that is required.
I recommend it.
