Guard dog in my mind
One of the tools that I use in my journey in personal development is Paraliminals.
Paraliminals are recordings designed to activate your “whole mind” with a precise blend of music and words. They are not to be confused with Subliminals.
Today, as I was using my Paraliminal, an image appeared in my mind.
It was the image of a guard dog.

As you know a guard dog is trained to keep people away from certain places.
That lead me to think, is this paraliminal trying to take me to a place that something else within my mind is wanting to stop me from going there?
Could it be some old habit that is unwilling to let go of me — or I of it?
Is there something that wants to block me from dealing with the subject matter this paraliminal would have me deal with?
Some fascinating questions to ponder.
I think we all face the same challenge in one way or another.
There is a guard dog within each one of us that trys to stop us from looking at areas we need to deal with.
Curious how that guard dog comes out when least expected.
In my own case, does that mean I am getting close to something that subconsciously within me maybe very precious?
And is it something that — once I get past the guard dog and deal with the subject matter — I will find greater value in having dealt with the issue?
Just a thought to share with you.
As always, your comments are always welcome!
All the best,
Derrall
