Over the years, my wife and I have developed certain habits as our lives have grown together in our relationship.

One of the habits that we have developed, especially during the winter months, is to spend some time Saturday night watching a movie.

That is not always easy to do — to find a movie that both of us would enjoy watching.

Just this past weekend, we watched a lovely movie called “Eye of the Dolphin“

It was a story about a 14 year old girl, Alyssa, who has been living with her grandmother since the drowning death of her mother a year ago.

Alyssa is deeply troubled and lost.

It is decided that she should go to the Bahamas to live with the father she never knew she had.

This sets the stage for her to discover that she has the gift for communicating with dolphins!

We watched this on our new source which is called Gaiam TV.
